Netzsch Nemo Spares Parts Bearing Upgrade

During 2018, Netszch stopped production of parts for their older Nemo pump range, also known as Netzsch NE series, or Netzsch NE-MO series. In particular the parts for the rotor joint and the casing cover, the higher wearing parts, need to be replaced fairly regularly. Many of these pumps can be found in the pulp, paper, sugar and chemical industries. Through L&M, we are able to offer a full range of spare parts for these Netzsch Nemo pumps, including sizes 150, 120, 100, 080.

As well as this, we can also offer a rotor joint upgrade through a pump refurbishment scheme. Traditionally these pumps come with a complicated joint comprising of many parts and an issue where the rotor becomes damaged during a failure, leading to a full rotor replacement far more often than necessary. With this joint upgrade the amount of parts needed in the joint is reduced, which provides some cost savings, and the joint is upgraded to prevent any damage to the rotor upon a failing or damage to the joint. This increases the longevity of the rotor, and provides some significant cost savings, and ultimately provides you with a better working and longer lasting pump. With this upgrade there is no need to replace your existing Netzsch Nemo pump with a new pump, and all parts and spares are available for your pump through L&M.

We can offer a full refurbishment and upgrade to your Netzsch Nemo pump either here in the UK, or we can have your pump sent to Germany for refurbishment in L&M’s workshop
