SICMA designed and developed automatic systems for bale dewiring. These cut and remove the wires from units consisting of two stacks of bales, before winding the wire into coils and discharging them into receiving bins. The design allows for the separation of the two stacks and conveys them to the pulper feed system.
System features:
- Cutting head (self centring to wire location, two electrically operated knives)
- Clamping arms
- Winding Shaft
Features and Benefits:
- No pulp loss from cutting and removal operation
- Automatic control of unit sizes
- Easily retro-fitted existing lines
- Complete operator safety
- Easy to handle wire coils
- High productivity and high removal efficiency
- Reduced maintenance due to selection of materials and components
