Grubbens High Density Cleaner offers effective removal of sand and heavy density rejects during the pre-treatment process. This product offers separation of high density particle sizes down to 250 µm.
The Grubbens High Density Cleaner removes sand and high density rejects, such as staples, stones, sand, glass etc. from pulp or substrate such as digester feedstock.
An automatic cycle empties the reject chamber on pre-set intervals, with the inlet flow rotating in the cleaner, accepts rise in the central vortex in the centre of the cleaner and the reject material sinks into the reject chamber. Reject handling and PLC control are available options for this product, with the cone, as well as the inlet part having the option of being ceramic coated to counteract heavy wear as well.
