Sicma produces two different types of wire winder to allow easy disposal of the steel wires removed from the unit and from the single bales. These can be installed to reduce wires and straps from pulp, paper, plastic and waste bales into a convenient and compact roll. The wire winder provides a solution to the problem of loose wires which can cause trip or injury hazards.
With the design of this machine remaining relatively unchanged, it has proven time and time again to be a reliable and durable for its function.
The unit is small in size, weighs 1380 kgs, and is simple to install. Voltage is to your requirements and an air connection of only 1.5 bar is required.
The wire from up to 160 bales can be wound to a roll of 500 mm dia. by 500 mm in length. Installed power is 4 KW, absorbed power 2.5 KW.
