Salvtech can offer a complete refurbishment service for your pumps, having the ability to take on both large and small scale jobs at our workshop in Sandycroft, North Wales Nr. Chester. We are able to take pumps in poor and unusable conditions and return them to a like-new and working pump for your process. This service includes complete stripping, repairing, cleaning, replacing and upgrading of parts, as well as shot blasting and painting in order to provide a clean cosmetic finish. We are also able to offer bearing unit conversions and, in some cases, upgrade specific parts and components, either here in the UK or over in Germany.

23 Sulzer/Alstrom Pumps:
In Spring 2017 Salvtech was given the task of refurbishing 23 Sulzer pump for the reopening of a customers site, that had been closed for many years. These pumps had been left in-situ and unused for almost a decade and were almost completely unusable in their damaged and worn state. With new pattern parts from L&M, Salvtech were able to replace the parts that were seriously damaged and get all the pumps back into good working order. All pumps were stripped down, and usable parts professionally cleaned, sand blasted and painted. Once all the pumps were reassembled with their new and cleaned parts, they were returned to the customer along with tailored reports on each individual pump, that included part lifetime estimates for the refurbished parts, as well as recommendations for future maintenance.
